Tomorrow....

Stimpson Baby #5 will be arriving!!!  And no, we don't know his name yet!  I will try to post pictures as soon as I can - all though, it may not be until I get home from the hospital.  Wish us luck!!!

(more posts below...)

I have an 11 year old!!!

Posting Zach's birthday late...but at least I'm getting to it, right!?
We had a fun family birthday party for the birthday guy this year.  He got many of the things that he had been requesting...so awesome for him!
Baseball and mitt from Grandpa and Grandma Clay and Joy.  That was exciting since a lot of his neighborhood buddies are in baseball right now and now he can practice along with them.

What could it be?!!!?  The excitement....the suspense....
A new skateboard!!!
Zach's choice of birthday cake this year was an angel food cake with strawberries and chocolate.  Yum!!

Zach is a great kid!  He is a lot of fun and has such a funny personality.  I honestly can't believe I have an 11 year old...and that he is starting middle school!!  Seriously!!

I am grateful I get to be Zach's mom.  He knows how to push my buttons, but also knows how to melt my heart.  He is such a good brother - always has been.  He is very compassionate of those with disabilities or struggles.  I think it stems from his time spent with his sister, Karleigh.  He loves to be outside with his friends and loves to play hard.  He loves wrestling and is starting to really like baseball too.  He does great academically at school and has improved a lot this year in many areas.  I am proud of him.

Happy 11th Birthday, Zach!!

Birthday flowers and bird eggs...

The bulbs we planted for Karleigh's 8th birthday celebration have bloomed and are beautiful!

We also have some new friends outside our front door!  Literally!  A little brown and red finch (I think) has made it's nest in the wreath on my front door!!  The poor thing has to fly away fast every time we open and shut the door.  I wonder how the baby birds will like it when they hatch!
We also have a robin that has built her nest in the pine tree next to the front porch.  She gets scared of us too when we come out and flies off to the nearby tree.  Usually she just sits and chirps really loud at us to stay away from her babies!
The mommy Robin...
It's springtime, can ya tell!?
